Rebecca Lew - pianist

Rebecca Lew’s playing is driven by her love for music throughout time and across cultures. She has devoted much time to learning to play with physical ease for the purpose of creating a broader palate of musical colors. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at the University of Northern Colorado where she received a full tuition piano scholarship. Ten years later she was invited to pursue a Master of Music in Piano Performance at Cleveland State University, which she completed in a year with honors. Her musical career has been enriched by an M.A. in Intercultural Studies, and through her experiences traveling in North and South America, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Rebecca currently performs and teaches in San Diego, CA. Her other interests include swimming, biking, and eating.  And whenever possible, she loves to return to her natural habitat, the mountains!
